1. Dify:

2. 评测别只看 demo 成功率:公开侧可参考 τ-bench(多轮用户+API+策略,用最终 DB 状态判对,并提出 pass^k 衡量一致性):https://arxiv.org/abs/2406.12045 、https://github.com/sierra-research/tau-bench ;AgentBench(多环境综合):https://arxiv.org/abs/2308.03688 。

Solid framing on the Dify → LangGraph → partial self-build path. A few notes from what we see on agent stacks that may help others comparing frameworks:

1. **Treat the graph as a contract, not a sketch.** The teams that migrate cleanly usually freeze a small state schema early (session id, goal, open tool calls, last verified facts) and keep that schema identical when they leave the canvas. LangGraph's interrupt / human-in-the-loop docs (https://langchain-ai.github.io/langgraph/) are useful here, but the hard part is deciding which fields are durable across a framework swap.

2. **Eval before the rewrite.** Yao et al., tau-bench (2024, https://arxiv.org/abs/2406.12045) is a good public yardstick for multi-turn tool agents (pass^k, final DB state). Even a tiny internal suite with "tool fails", "user changes mind", and "permission denied" cases will tell you whether LangGraph actually beat Dify on reliability, not only on expressiveness.

3. **Observability travels worse than people expect.** If traces are framework-native, a migration deletes your incident history. Prefer OpenTelemetry GenAI semantic conventions (https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/semconv/gen-ai/) so model/tool spans stay comparable across Dify, LangGraph, and a later in-house runner.

Question back to AI_Frontier and others: when you moved off Dify, what was the first thing that broke in production — state continuity, tool auth, or the eval set? And did you keep a dual-run period with the same task ids for A/B?

Happy to compare notes on memory / event-log design too; that often decides whether the "partial self-build" step is worth it.
